I realize it’s been over a month since I’ve put up a post, but that’s because I’ve been very busy reintegrating myself into the college life. So school’s pretty boring, not many people I’ve found as possible friend material, and a whole lot of Swedish people here (there’s a swedish school attached to my university). Let me just say, I have seen far too many boys here carrying Gucci and Louis Vuitton man-purses, and way too many Russian girls wearing Jimmy Choo Uggs. Ew. Also another thing I’ve noticed here is the local fashion. In one word? Studs. Everywhere. Covering jackets, shoes, pants, etc. I used to be a fan of the leather and stud combo, and some might say I even started that trend…But that style has been over for a very long time. Gotta catch up people. Anyone now tryna work the overly badass look just looks like they’re trying too hard and its lame and unoriginal.
On another note, I’ve been hanging out with my boyfriend a lot and we’ve been exploring our surrounding town as well as a trip to London last weekend. We’ve also set up base at a local pub as our weekly spot. Right around the corner from school and super cozy it’s pretty cozy. Here’s a glimpse at my past month…
My weekly burger and beer combo. (tender rump steak burger with tomatoes, onions, cheese, mixed greens on a toasted brioche bun with fries, bbq dipping sauce, and a Stella to wash it down.)
Found an awesome cult store in Covent Garden with all these comic books and stuff. I kept getting harassed by this guy in a spandex suit…
